the problem
Many parents want to tell stories to their kids—but:
- Don’t always have the time to prepare
- Struggle to come up with engaging narratives
- Or feel unsure about how to tell a story
Stories often remain an intention, not a habit.
the idea
What if stories were:
- Ready-to-use
- Visually guided
- Short enough to consume daily
So I created bite-sized, visual-first stories that parents can simply open and read.
How I built this?
This project was built as a system, not just content:
1. Story System
- Defined repeatable story structures (setup → conflict → resolution)
- Created reusable character templates
- Built a consistent tone: calm, warm, bedtime-friendly
- Stong moral values at the core of each story
2. Visual Language
- Soft color palettes
- Minimal, cozy illustrations
- Consistent composition for swipeable formats
3. AI as a Co-Creator AI wasn’t just a tool, it was part of the workflow:
- Idea generation for stories
- Character and world-building
- Image generation for illustrations
- Iteration and refinement at scale
- This reduced production time dramatically and made consistency easier.
